“I met Taylor she was very understanding & patient. I asked her some questions & she was very thorough with her explanation. I can tell she really loves what she does . . I told her I had a bad experience in a hair salon (HS ) in Gaffney, next to a sub shop. So she understood exactly what I was telling her , and she also agreed with me that the style I wanted wasn’t cut correctly. So Taylor had the patience to explain ; that what she could do at this point was to cut it to even it out . I also asked if she could dye it & a great job !!!! So today Oct 3 i sent Tylor a text to see if she could see me in the morning. She responded she could , I wanted to get highlights. She said let’s test a strand to see if how it lighten . Since your hair is a lil dry I don’t want to damage it . After the test she said it turned red & I know that’s not what U want . She then said , I suggest your hair rest for a while so it won’t get damaged. Then later it can be lightened. . So I said ok , can u do a hair style & she took her time to do a specific style I wanted . So another happy visit .“
