I have been tanning here for many years and I was not always pleased with the customer service at the Duncan location But since I’ve met Sabrina she has really turned this place around!!! She is so upbeat and positive, always ready and willing to help any way that she can. She is so knowledgeable about the products and makes every visit enjoyable!!! If I were scoring the customer service alone at this location, I'd give 5 starts for Sabrina! I've been tanning at Ultratan for some years and she was a great addition to the duncan location. Sabrina has always been really friendly, helpful and treated me and my mother both like she was happy to see us! I canceled my membership today and she is the reason I feel bad for doing so because I will definitely miss seeing her!My reasoning for canceling is because of the strict, on the minute, 24 hour rule. I tan during my lunch hour and I'm not ok with having to wait around for the exact minute that I was able to come the day before. Especially if I had to leave for lunch...read full review

My wife and I have been tanning at this location on and off for the last few years. We have definitely seen it change over time but I must say the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. You can tell the staff is happy and the customers are well taken care of.!!! Huge shout out the the girls at this salon . Megan , Jesse and I believe her name in Sabrina have made such an improvement on this location! Highly recommendServices: Tanning
