Installer came to straighten door handle plates on doors. He called to asked if he could come early since he had some extra time. Just before he left he asked if there was anything else. I then remembered that I could not use my key to unlock the deadbolt. He fixed issue and showed me how to unlock bolt with key.
We had a great overall experience with installation of our windows and door, with which we are very satisfied. The quality of these products is great. Andrew and Matthew wrapped things up and did an excellent job, and they were great to work with. We highly recommend this company and their products!
We had windows installed in 2021. We recently noticed that a lock wasn't working. Andrew arrived right on time and not only fixed the broken one, but checked the others and tightened them as well. He was very friendly and professional. This company has a great warranty plan.
