He was very patient as he dealt with our numerous questions during our move from New York to South Carolina. Tim gave us several options in plant selections best suited for our landscape. He did his best to work with the local nursery to find the plantings we wanted. This was right after Hurricane Helene hit. Tim's professionalism, neatness, and quality of work were outstanding. “I am aware of the negative reviews posted on Yelp, but that is not at all the experience I had. I did have a little problem reaching them initially, but I think that was because I was using 'old' contact information that was no longer valid. When I was finally able to connect with Hannah, she was kind & considerate, and I was able to get a landscape tech out to my property in Travelers Rest pretty quickly. I had only asked them to determine what they felt may be causing problems, but when the tech arrived he was able to make the necessary repairs quickly (within 2 - 3 hours), and at a reasonable cost, saving me time & $. A couple of days after the repairs were made I had them stop by again to make adjustments. I have no complaints about this company.“
