All the great recruiters are pretty much gone. In the days of Nick Nichols, you had a rapport with them. Periodically they would check in with you, they would update you as to the status of your application and the company's work load, etc, etc. No more of that. The people who have taken his place, you never hear from them and it takes forever for them to return your calls.
Dillon Andersen and staff were great to work with and very informative. He was thorough thru my hiring process and always responded promptly with any questions or concerns. He is a great asset to HKA Enterprises and would work with Dillon anytime in the future.
