I can not say enough good things about this company or the people that work for them. From the person that answered the phone, to the tech that came to my house, politeness was abundant. Alex was completely prepared to fix what was wrong and then he made sure I would call again if ANYTHING went wrong. I wish more companies would back their products and service the way Bathfitters do.

The lifetime, transferable warranty from a reputable, local company was a significant factor in the decision to go with Bathfitter. Chris was our installer. Very polite, professional, clean. Did a GREAT job on the install and cleaned as he went. Did an amazing job on the caulking. Very Pleased so far, but it’s only been a few hours. I marked as overpriced because you are simply paying for the convenience and the warranty.
