Before it was MUTUAL FUNERAL HOME, to what is now we call BARTELLS FUNERAL HOME LLC, We appreciate all the hard work and dedication they brought to us when our loved one transitioned. Mrs Bartell Jackson; works with each and every client with compassion, dignity and high expectations during their bereavements. She strives so hard to make sure you entrust her service with their business for many years. My moms last brother’s funeral was today. We live in Georgia. We were told that we could view the funeral through Bartell Facebook live. This has been a terrible experience. The video has frozen, the sound has went out and no one was following the speakers with the camera as they transitioned throughout the program. I called the funeral home several times and a young man relayed my messages. Thank you. I ask that this funeral home do a better job in the future to help other families participate in their love ones service.
