Us Nail is a salon with a team including Tracey, Jenny, David, and JV, known for their exceptional skills and professionalism. Customers feel valued and appreciated during their visits. JV, in particular, is praised for his sweet demeanor and ability to apply gel fill that lasts at least a month. Customers have experienced unexpected price increases and feel taken advantage of. Overall, the salon is known for its friendly and polite staff, as well as their expertise in nail care. Customers love what they leave with, and many have been coming since freshman year at CCU. JD was super dope, and the person in the first chair was amazing. They did a great job on toes and gel nails, and customers felt like long-time besties.
