I have visited twice in the last month am I’m very impressed! I’m a little sore but the pain in my hips, legs, and feet is so much better!I would definitely recommend! I even offered to pay for my daughters to try. I got full hour for $80.00You can do less but I really recommend full body. Our bodies are all hooked together!!! Lol
