I'm a retired pet sitter (Doggone Purrfect, LLC) and before I retired, my client's dog ran out of insulin while they were gone. The insulin was supposed to be delivered by mail, but it was delayed. To complicate things it was the weekend when I realized I would run out of the insulin on Sunday. The client uses Meadowlawn as their vet, so I called, but they were closed. I took a chance and drove there to leave a note on their door just in case someone came by to feed dogs that were boarded there. Within the hour, Jennifer from Meadowlawn called. Loris Office-Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable, helpful, and CLEAN!!, even with a waiting room full of fur babies! We our first time pet parents and are always asking questions. They make sure you and your fur baby feel at home. Southern Hospitality at its Best!!
Brought our Doberman in as a new client and the staff was absolutely perfect with him. He's a little skittish with new people and places as any animal would be but they were very respectful to him and his anxiety which couldn't have made me any happier! The vet was also very informative about heartworm and the diet of a doberman specifically which I hadn't known about prior. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend to others!
Brought our doberman in again today due to what we believe is some kind of allergy. With as busy as they were the staff did a great job and kept everyone happy. I wish more people would have been a bit more patient but...read full review
