Nick and his crew were hands down the most efficient contractors I have ever worked with. I asked for the estimate one evening in a fb post and he was over the next afternoon to look and had numbers in my hand by the end of the day. His crew was in there within the next two days and he gave me updates along the way. It was a big job considering the home that I'm selling has been stagnant for a very long time. Nick and his crew breathed new life into that home! After talking to him, I realize that he did floors too. So he also refinished the hardwood floors! One last thing I had to worry about.
I told Nick that it was my parents home and it was very hard for me to be there because I was still incredibly sad about having to sell it. Nick turned over those two jobs in two weeks and I didn't have to do anything but trust him. My advice... trust Nick and his crew. He's honest and his work is impeccable. Thank you, Nick. I'll be calling you soon to flip my home! ♥️🫶🏼
The In and Out crew were amazing. Arrived early each day and stayed until 7pm. They painted every room in my 1400 square foot condo. Oscar helped me pick paint colors and I love the choices. Excellent teamwork and very courteous and pleasant. I will be calling them for crown molding installation soon. Thank you Guys!!!
