Our 6 year old standby generator failed to exercise this past week. My neighbor had Express Service install one last year and recommended I call them as he had routine maintenance being performed the very next day. I called the next morning. They had Josh diagnose and service my generator immediately after my neighbor’s appointment. Amazing. Josh was extremely helpful and explained everything he was doing. Excellent employee. I highly recommend Express Electric
Josh and Tyler did a very professional job with generator and transfer switch installation. They took pride in their work just as if they were working on their own home. I would definitely recommend Express Electrical Services. Quality product and work.
When I came home on a Tuesday evening to a cold house during a cold snap these folks took my call at 6am on Wednesday and their fantastic serviceman Tyler was there by 11:45am. His supervisor searched all the surrounding area for the part I needed to fix my furnace. On Friday morning Tyler had the part and had my furnace fixed two hours before my family arrived for a weekend visit.
