I normally don’t leave reviews but today I am. I had an appointment for 10:30 and I arrived at 10:15 like I was told to do. The office staff were very sweet and made the check in process easy. I then waited. and waited.. and waited and watched as other people who had appointments after me get checked in and immediately brought back. I waited over an hour and still nobody checked me in. I finally built the courage to ask the check in staff and she was even surprised i was waiting this long and immediately made a phone call to someone in the back. They finally came and called my name and the person who called my name and did my ultrasound was very cold and rude. I felt... read full review

I went a couple of weeks ago for my annual 3D imaging mammogram. I was the first appointment of the day which I always schedule on purpose. I work in Healthcare and I know how busy it gets. In any case, the mammogram tech and the registration staff were very nice. I have imaging today for my thyroid and at a slightly later time. I'll be back for that review later.

I want to praise everyone that was part of my encounter for a mammogram and bone density test. I have Parkinson’s and it’s accompanying movement issues. They were kind, helpful and accommodating and not even for an instant made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you everyone!
