One of the best places I've dealt with on NC or SC there always extremely helpful and everyone is very nice. The man that checks the trucks as they leave is the main reason I keep coming back. Not about the money it's about the people.

Update: These guys step up and the Manager called me to make it as right as they could. I really appreciate the effort and actions they took.I will gladly continue to use them.Original: Planned for a month to do a job and was told they would order my material which was 2800 2x6x8s. I was given a delivery date of Jan 4. Called Jan. 3 to make sure we were getting the delivery and no one knew anything about it. The sales person was out. I called, emailed and then talked to the sales person he put on his out of the office reply. After three days she could not tell me if they could get 2x6s or not. Very frustrated and now verry behind schedule. Thanks Builders FirstSource.

Pretty good material distributor if you're a contractor and have them deliver it to the job with a huge framing package or such but to pull into the parking lot and talk to customer care representative and get your material they are slow and not very Hands-On helpful
