Absolutely excellent experience! Very very pleased with Dr. Shake! He was as willing to listen, discuss, explain, etc. as anyone I have EVER seen! Really nice & intelligent as well as personable. And Drake...well, he's just the best. Been seeing him for years & he is such a good guy! The staff were great! I've never enjoyed a trip in for glasses before...and I'm old!!! lolol! They were great!
The staff is wonderful and Dr Shake is awesome. He explained everything that has happened to my eyes in the previous surgeries I have had and no one has every done that.
I can’t thank Dr.Shake and his staff at the MI office enough for squeezing me in at the end of the day on a Friday. I suffered my first ocular migraine and had no idea what was happening. They took me in, calmed me down and helped me through it. Dr.Shake did a thorough eye exam on me and explained they are harmless but very scary at the same time. He and his staff were extremely professional and kind to me. I can’t recommend them enough!
