Dan Burke, project manager, came and gave us an assessment of our roof. He told us our 25 year-old roof is definitely getting close to the end of its life, but that we didn’t need to do a replacement at this time. He told us our roof would be good for another year or two. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t try sell us for an immediate roof job. we had a couple of nails that had popped up and he fixed those free of charge!
