As a new director for a private non profit organization I needed guidance and support for our organization. Kelly's group offered so much knowledge and experience. Choosing her such a blessing for our organization and allowed us to grow and make necessary changes to protect the agency, patients, and staff. She and her staff reviewed and assisted us on revamping our entire policy and procedure manual, she assisted us on developing solid contracts with partners, she has been vital when we were faced with situations where guidance was needed to make informed decisions. The Jolley Law Group has been a valuable resource for our agency for approximately 5 years. Kelly is very knowledgeable about Healthcare Regulations and Non-Profit issues. As a small non-profit, we do not have a Human Resources Department and have needed clarification on personnel issues and policy related questions. She has provided trainings to our staff on 42CFR and conducted a very thorough review of our agency Policy and Procedures Manual and provided recommendations to clarify or enhance/update our existing policies.
