Dave is very patient and professional. After he did his inspection, he still went over the report with me to make sure I understood everything. This is my first time buying a home and out of all the real estate agents and lenders that I have dealt with he has been a dream come true bc he has been honest and shared his knowledge and expertise with me. He really did go above and beyond. His report was very detailed, clear and straight to the point...if you need an inspection chose him, because will be disappointed.

It was just like walking into a room with friends. Totally professional, had time to listen to our concerns, made phone calls to pros when they admitted it was above their comfort zone, I really would recommended them!!! And not too expensive ?
Highly recommend! Our home was built in the 1950s with original windows. We were having issues with regulating our air/heat due to the old windows. Kelly came to our house and did an assessment. He suggested different types of windows and I am highly satisfied with the purchase! I now have beautiful windows, which are easy to clean, and have kept our house warm in the winter months! Wonderful price and exceptional work.

My new puppy, Sasha and I enjoyed our first visit. She was here for her first puppy exam and shots. Everyone was super nice. The wait was short. The exam went very well, quick and easy. Sasha didn't even realize she had shots, she didn't even flinch. I have found our new veterinarian clinic in SC. Thank you all for the kindness.
