Dave is very patient and professional. After he did his inspection, he still went over the report with me to make sure I understood everything. This is my first time buying a home and out of all the real estate agents and lenders that I have dealt with he has been a dream come true bc he has been honest and shared his knowledge and expertise with me. He really did go above and beyond. His report was very detailed, clear and straight to the point...if you need an inspection chose him, because will be disappointed.
