In only 3 sessions, I already feel better. I've tried multiple therapies and medications over 15 years to treat the tightness, nerve pain/damage and muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders. However, nothing has ever progressed to help the pain for more than a couple days at a time. I feel with consistency, I'll continue to progress and retrain my muscles. Josh is very informative and very helpful.

Josh Tolan does an amazing job. After 6 weeks of regular physical therapy, I did not have much of a relief. Now, after each session by Josh, I start feeling better. He adjusts his treatment to better address your specific problems. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Josh! Renee Rutges.
