I had a great experience at lifestrides! I went twice for two separate issues and both times received great treatment. The physical therapists were kind, helpful, and I learned a lot. The facility was extremely clean and Sonja who works the front desk is super sweet! I would highly recommend going to lifestrides if you are in need of physical therapy.

John is one of the most systematic, thorough, and caring PT’s I’ve ever seen! He is very well organized, explains things to the patient, and eager to do anything it takes for you to get better. This is not a PT office that just slaps on a tens unit or has you do a few exercises and sends you on your way. He also has expertise addressing dizziness and vestibular issues that I hadn’t found elsewhere! Would highly recommend!

I was referred here by my Concierge doctor (Dr. Liebman) for a pulled trap muscle at the gym. I have enjoyed John and Sonya for their friendliness, willingness to work me into the schedule, and the honesty about what to expect. John has listened to me, worked out a game plan, and pushed me each visit with new challenges. I have felt totally comfortable and have most liked the one-on-one attention which you don’t get in other places. I also appreciate introducing new skills or exercises each time instead of monotonous repetition. John has also helped me with my posture and joint weakness due to an illness.
