My dog had a hotspot on his paw .The day after I took him to the vet, it started forming. The following week They had a full surgery schedule, but still allowed me to drop him off and got him checked out as soon as they could. Vet clinics I’ve been to in the past have said no, Which is understandable, but Magley cares so much about Max that he LOVES coming to the vet.

We recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog, and I cannot thank Magley Clemson Animal Hospital enough for their exceptional care and support. They created a calm, safe space and treated both my pet and my family with true compassion. The entire staff was kind, comforting, and empathetic, helping us navigate each step with understanding and patience. Dr. Hayley Jewell took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answered all our questions, and she was very accommodating to our needs and requests. This was our first visit to Magley Clemson Animal Hospital, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was helpful, kind, and professional. The veterinarian we saw (who is only there on Tuesdays) took the time to thoroughly evaluate my pitbull’s severe allergies, identifying that they were environmental rather than food-related. She recommended lowering his prednisone dose to 10 mg, which worked much better than the previous higher dose, and prescribed an antibiotic, a special collar for his skin, and an antifungal mousse for his feet.
