I reached out to Patrick and checked his availability on short notice. I wanted to have an inspection to go behind my builder on my new house before the final draw with First Citizens Bank. I was able to schedule an inspection in less than a week. Patrick spent at least six hours doing a very thorough inspection, but charged me only for four. He caught several safety items, such as the wrong amperage breaker for my HVAC unit. He provided a very thorough inspection report with plenty of pictures, documentation, and references to the building code that I was able to provide my builder. I cannot recommend Patriot Inspections enough!

Patrick Young with Patriot Inspections, LLC came out to GRASP to inspect one of our buildings this week. He was very nice and completed a thorough inspection. His report came back quickly and was easy to understand the issues we needed to resolve. I would definitely use this business again!
