Very thorough inspection with explanations of issues, pictures, etc. Patrick Is very accommodating by quickly responding to phone calls and emails when you have questions. He has done excellent work for our Real Estate Company clients as well as my own property. An added bonus is that he has very reasonable rates based on the square footage of the home. Patriot Inspections, LLC., Patrick Young did a thorough inspection of a property my wife and I are looking to purchase. He was available on short notice, arrived promptly and began work immediately.
