Lori (owner) is so nice! She hooked me up with Cindy, who is awesome!!! I had fried ends from a bad bleach job I had done for a play but have been growing it out, and I haven’t had my natural hair color in at least 26 yrs! She cut the worst of it off, added a toner to help fill in the cuticle, did a deep conditioning treatment, and then layered it and blew it out straight (it’s normally a curly-ish, feral mess) & touched up my bangs. I feel like a new person! (Plus, getting your hair washed feels like such a luxury experience!). Their salon is also very beautiful inside and I love the cool metal ceiling tiles! First time ever visiting this beautiful salon. I was greeted upon entering the building by a lovely young lady. So polite and very professional. Cindy ( my hairdresser)greeted me at the door too. I sat down & discussed with her my likes & dislikes. She shampooed me & than discussed & showed me pictures of styles she recommended before ever cutting. She asked me questions the whole time about did I like this, need to be shorter,etc... Several other stylist commended on my hair & how this style suited me. Finally found my hair stylist here in Chester.
Loved the service! Ms. Ginger is outstanding! She works very well, is kind, and left our hair looking great! The establishment is beautiful and nicely decorated. I also had my nails done here and I loved them! Overall wonderful experience :)
