I agree with Grant that Beth is a very unprofessional woman. You can even tell by her response to his complaint. She is not an honest person and therefore should change her slogan. My experience is that she does not have Christian values and would rather do unethical things and have no remorse. I would not trust her with anything.
I believe she should change her slogan because my experience is that she is not honest nor has Christian values. More to come.
We had several years of returns that we had done wrong and overpaid. She corrected our mistakes and got us back money. Her prices were very reasonable.
