The doctors and nurses are great. The receptionists and the pharmacy techs are rude, unhelpful and if you ask a question they make it seem like you just asked them to work a double shift for free.. I’m sorry I didn’t want to mess up my medication and asked a professional thinking they would answer professionally, my mistake.
Returned again for the same rudeness and unprofessional behavior.
From the front desk all the way to the lab tech, nurse and Dr. Teal. Nothing but A 1 treatment A patient should be able to speak freely and feel understood. A you can do that here. I would absolutely recommend going here if you find yourself in need. They are great!!
Very pleasant experience almost every time I visit. Staff are friendly and helpful in person or on the phone. Tracy Teal is very good because she listens and does her best to be helpful.
