Below is my experience with American Land Holdings that is developing White Water Landing. 1. Initial contact was made in March 2023 with my $250 deposit. 2. Continued communication with Doug until we executed the contract in June 2023. Between March and June ALH marketing increased the price of our lot 50% from Doug's initial estimate. This includes an increase of $100K on the day of the sale. This is why you have the "land rush" upon opening and include the non-refundable deposit that had to be paid that day. 3.
