Terri has spent years of her life studying architectural blue prints as well as being on-site working with electricians, plumbers, building inspectors, etc., and the knowledge gained from doing this gives her a perspective when she looks at a home that I just haven't seen anywhere else. For instance, many will look at a kitchen and say, "wow, that's pretty... look at the big sink!" while Terri will say, "I like the space and the sink is lovely, but do you see what the wallpaper is doing there?
