We got home around 7:00 PM to find our house at 85 degrees. We called at 7:15, and the emergency technician—who happened to live just a few minutes away—was at our house before we unloaded the groceries. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. From the time we called until everything was working again, the entire process took less than an hour and he was gone before 8PM.
