Can't thank James and his team enough! The starter in my 2010 Honda Civic stopped working while I was at a store across the street from the shop. When I called James, I told him the situation and I ask what towing service I should use. He said that he had a trailer and that he would get the car from the store parking lot. I agreed and by that same afternoon, James called to tell me the car was ready! Outstanding customer service ? and the price was very reasonable for the repair. Will be returning for future repair needs. Thank you, James and team

A great review is warranted after two separate visits to Lakeshore.The first visit was for tires, Noah was professional and super friendly!The second service was a radiator for my truck, I got several quotes, and Lakeshore was the fairest. They were able to have me back on the road in a day, at a very competitive price.I choose to drive to Chapin from Columbia for their old school, wonderful service!

I am new to the area, and was looking for an automotive shop when my car was alarming about every system when I would turn it on; check airbags, check front camera, check theft monitoring system, check ABS, literally EVERYTHING. They got me in quickly to scan my vehicle, they were quick, so EXTREMELY kind, and explained everything so thoroughly to me (who doesn't know much about cars). Well now my husband and I will always bring our cars here when something is wrong. LITERALLY can't recommend them enough!
