From the time I walked in to Hyde Salon I was treated like family. Brayln is wonderful!! Its such a beautiful environment! Kaitlyn is absolutely wonderful! She's a southern belle & loves her job! She gives the best head massages (I almost fell asleep and didn't want to leave), she communicates very well & listens to you, goes over & beyond looking at ingredients in hair products to see what I cannot use due to allergies (Brayln also helped with this) She takes her time, she's patient & kind! My hair has never looked & felt so healthy! Kaitlyn made me feel beautiful ♥️ !!!!! Thank you Kaitlyn, you are a angel!!

I was feeling old and frumpy with my grey hair taking over.... until Lex worked an absolutely magical miracle on me today! I feel like The Fancy Grandma again, and really enjoyed spending time with her, too! ?? Lex is 1,000% recommended for all your hair needs: she's professional, super intuitive, and an absolute joy to spend time with as she works her magic!

Thank you so much for taking the time to discuss and listen to what I was needing and wanting! You are very knowledgeable and confident in your work and about hair products and it clearly showed! I have never had anyone take care of my hair like it was today! Thank you and to the staff for making sure I had a drink and snack! Sorry I was busy at times on the phone with physicians but know that I appreciate you!!!! I feel refreshed and you now have another client!!!! Thank you again so much!!
