She completely understood what I wanted and needed. She came up with the perfect plan. During my actual appointment, Jenna and her staff were patient, professional and kind, Jenna was so knowledgeable and meticulous about every detail. She took time to make the process fun by allowing me to try different options. I absolutely love my hair—the color is perfect!. “Honestly, I chose this studio because of proximity initially because some of the other studios in the vicinity give me offputting vibes. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, Carmina is the cherry on top- and I would even do more of a commute if it was necessary. I will be going more often.
