Working with Enchanted Homes has been a real pleasure. Their neighborhoods are fantastic. They allowed a great deal of flexibility with their house plans, allowing major revisions for no extra charge. They have a lovely design center to allow for picking out cabinets, countertops, paint and tiles selections, and flooring etc. Everything in one place with an expert to guy you through the process.The final product, our lovely custom built home, is a dream come true.I highly recommend Enchanted Homes

From start to finish we had a great experience. I’ve heard of many people stressing over the process of building a home. This couldn’t be farther from the truth with Enchanted Homes. I would recommend the Pope to build a house with Enchanted!!

Everyone that we had dealings with from the first thought to the last signature at closing was awesome! Quality of the build is outstanding. Communications throughout the entire process was great! Have had to put in a couple warranty requests as things come up, got responses within the next day of putting them in and appointments scheduled to start taking care of them. They are very pleasant and don’t seem to be bothered by sending in the request as they come up. Highly recommend Enchanted builders and their partners for the complete experience from start to finish!!!!Thank you ALL for our forever home!!!!
