The company offers a design center where experts assist clients in selecting cabinets, countertops, paint, tiles, and flooring. Customers have found the building process to be stress-free and highly recommend Enchanted Homes. The reviews indicate that the company uses quality materials and stands by its work. Clients have had a wonderful experience with Enchanted Homes, praising the smooth, quick, and timely process. The communication with various departments has been great, and the overall house quality is excellent. However, some minor issues have been reported, such as a seam in the bar, permanent stains on the carpet, and a short in the garage door opener. The company's landscaping services have also been a point of concern, with some trees dying despite the client's efforts to water them.
The experience over time has been great. Everyone went above and beyond to make things easy. Once my decision for a new home was made it was full speed ahead. Any changes and additions were completed immediately. I love my new home!
I really don’t know where to begin but it’s just been a wonderful experience. We grew up in Greenville and moved away 38 years ago and had an opportunity to move back. We looked at multiple builders and signed contracts with several which we cancelled due to work quality issues.
Then we found Enchanted’s neighborhood at Point Summit. Building in the foothills and mountains requires a different level of experience to maintain quality. We are highly impressed with the overall finish and attention to detail placed in our home.
