The reviews indicate that the company uses quality materials and stands by its work. Clients have had a wonderful experience with Enchanted Homes, praising the smooth, quick, and timely process. The communication with various departments has been great, and the overall house quality is excellent. However, some minor issues have been reported, such as a seam in the bar, permanent stains on the carpet, and a short in the garage door opener. The company's landscaping services have also been a point of concern, with some trees dying despite the client's efforts to water them.
Had a great experience. Josh Allen was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He never hesitated to respond when I reached out to him during the process. Brandon (banker) was on point and with the banking process as well.
They were extremely helpful.
Had some concerns; reached out to Josh and Enchanted Homes is in the process of taking care of them. Thank you Josh.
Everything has been really great from the steps prior to closing to moving in. If I had any questions they were addressed immediately. I am very happy with the house and impressed by how friendly and efficient each person I have had contact with has been.
The HOA was great and very quick in approving the type of fence I requested.
I visited the Enchanted Homes Design Center where Megan was very helpful in helping me select everything from the exterior siding packages to the different types of cabinets, granite counter tops. Flooring, color of paint for the walls etc.
So far I'm very impressed with Enchanted Homes 🏡
