Brad Johnson is super! He answers his phone, shows up on time, communicates well! Brad goes over the report in great detail to explain the concerns of the property. I highly recommend Absolute Inspections for all your home inspections. He is well qualified and very knowledgeable.

We've used Brad for home inspections 3 times now and he's very thorough, takes his time, and is the ultimate professional, showing up early, sending invoices and reports in a timely manner, and listening to all our many questions. The drone pictures are especially helpful, as are his very detailed reports with pictures and easy-to-read, color-coded labels. I wouldn't go with anyone else!
