Great experience! Dalton came and addressed our problem…. He was courteous, respectful,, kind, and did a great job repairing our freezer! He’s definitely an asset to the company and represents them well! Will use again if needed in the future!

In this time it’s is so hard to get an appointment anywhere in a timely manner and get whatever you need to get fixed. BUT when I called johnnies for a dryer not heating on a Wednesday. They were here in two days Friday morning figured out the problem ordered part and called on Tuesday had part and where on their way to fix it. The technicians were very polite and treated everything like it was theirs and very careful to not scratch anything and put everything they moved to fix dryer even though I said I’d do it. Thank you very much for fixing my dryer and for such a professional experience.Service: Dryer repair

Amazing people. Very kind, professional and trustworthy. They fixed my dishwasher after a well known repair shop came on a warranty issue and I always had problems afterward. Johnnie's Servicenter fixed it for a fantastic price and I haven't had a single issue. I will always recommend them now.
