My microwave that was only 2 years old just stopped working. I dropped it off at Johnnie's Servicenter. After 24 hours, they called and explained the problem and gave me a price. Ordered the part and fixed it. They unloaded it and loaded it in my car for me. They were very helpful, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. I'm truly grateful that they were able to fix it quickly. Thank you! I highly recommend them for appliance repairs.

We have purchased used appliances that even used they out perform the full price computerized junk from the high end stores. They perform quality repairs at a reasonable price. DONT BUY NEW. Save $$$ on quality used appliances. Techs are very knowledgeable and professional.

Super friendly, professional, reasonable, and quick. I have a maytag washer (10 months old) that stopped working 2 months ago. Maytag gave run- around on warranty, then finally had us contact sears home services to schedule repair. 3 weeks later a technician came out and said it was control board. He said they could order part and come back the following month. I decided I would order the control board myself and get it replaced. I ordered control board through Maytag to uphold warranty and it finally arrived 4 weeks later. I contacted Johnnies Service and they sent Ronnie out the next day. He arrived, immediately said it wasn't the control board but he had the part needed...read full review
