Dr Killem has been providing termite inspections and pest elimination for us for 20+ years. They have always pointed out minor foundation and plumbing concerns and other potential problem areas in advance of them becoming bigger issues. If you have a bug issue they will address it promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!Services: Home inspection

Great pest control. They knew the area and that it is prone to ants infestation so they brought the good stuff. Usually lasted the full 3 months but if I had any issues between sprays they always came out. My only issue was when they didn’t schedule for the termite and showed up at my house. I know it’s an exterior inspection but not overly fond of having a guy show up randomly when I lived alone at the time.
