The stylists at Great Clips are praised for their patience, kindness, and expertise. One customer highlighted Karisa, who was patient with their son, let him warm up, and used the clippers around his ears to ensure an even cut. Another customer described Amanda as the "absolute best" stylist, who is kind and knowledgeable. Karisa also went above and beyond for another customer, showing the child the clippers, turning them on, and talking to him throughout the haircut to ensure he was comfortable.

Recent reviews mention that the hairstylist did a very good job with a child's haircut, handling young children and their wiggles quickly and smoothly. Tae was also highly praised for taking her time with a haircut, working around a wheelchair, and making the customer feel very special with a relaxing shampoo. However, some customers expressed dissatisfaction, describing their fade as patchy and uneven, resembling a self-inflicted cut from a dull razor blade.
