We had a gate added to our existing fence. He added the gate but said he forgot the caps that go on the top. He told us he would bring them back. After 2-3 weeks we texted him and he will not respond and he has never brought the caps.Service: Chain link fence installation

Conqueror Fencing & Deck did my deck for me. They left a 12in drop from the last step to the ground. It should only be 6in. I have had knee surgery so that last step is difficult for me. Not to mention that it's a code violation. When I contacted him about it he didnt understand what I was saying so I gave him the measurement information. He never responded back that he would come add the last step that was missing. I texted him pics of that and the unfilled holes he left at the end of the rail poles as well. Still nothing from him. He was paid for a job that he did not finish and obvious don't care. I'm very disappointed.
