We absolutely love this nail salon! Everyone here is so kind, welcoming, and incredibly patient with my daughter—they even remember which stuffed animal she plans to bring each visit. Our gel manis and pedis always turn out amazing, and the salon is spotless and comfortable. Since moving here, this place has truly become our go-to spot. Highly recommend! 💅✨

I visited Neo’s Killian location yesterday and I did not leave disappointed. I had never realized there was a nail shop there before but I am so happy I found the location. I did not have an appointment and I walked in for a Deluxe Pedicure and a Full set. The wait was less than 5 minutes and the staff was so welcoming. I was immediately asked if I wanted something to drink. The lady that did my pedicure and nails was a pure delight. We had an amazing conversation and her work was truly amazing. I showed her a picture of something I had found on Pinterest and I was afraid to ask because I was not sure it could be done. She took one look at the picture and she stated, “I can do that for you no worries!”. She was correct. She did an amazing job and I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. I look forward to returning. The service was incredible! Prices were reasonable and attention to detail was without question. It was nice to meet the owner and see a young lady doing so well in the business. I wish her much success in the years to come. She seems to be well liked by her employees and her customers. Her professionalism and the services her shop provided were beyond reproach. Congratulations and I look forward to visiting her sisters shop at Neo Nails2 in Blythewood. Support our small businesses!
