Excellent customer service with fair pricing. Explain whole process of replacement of duct work. Quality work from professional technicians. Air quality in my home so much better & now whole home stays comfortable.
Once again a perfect 10! JB and Britany do a fantastic job and they both go out of their way to provide top notch service. I was one of their very first customers way back when they decided to venture out on their own. I have been with JB for 14 years now and would never go anywhere else! My service tech Riley is a true professional, he showed up 20 minutes early, took his time and went through everything for my routine service, heck, he even washed the thing and repositioned my drain line as he wasn't happy with the way it was draining! We've been with Mountain Air since we moved to SC in 2019. Tony has been our technician since the beginning and he's awesome! Always on time and very personable and knowledgable. I've never had any problems with MA, from Kathy calling me to make my yearly appointments to Tony coming to our home to service our unit.
