I dropped off my grandsons’ suits on a Thursday. I told the gentleman I would have to work on myself to not forget to come back the next day to pick up the clothes. We needed them for my mother’s funeral, and I was going through a lot. He gave me his condolences. Friday afternoon at 6:00 I got a call from that wonderful human being. He said “Ms Garrett I just wanted to remind you to come get your grandsons’ suits. We close in an hour.” How wonderful and kind!

I needed my tuxedo shirt cleaned in a hurry for a special event. I took the shirt on Wednesday and had it back on Thursday.The service was impeccable! The shirt was beautifully ironed and all stains removed.The clerk was so nice and insured me they could handle my situation and I would have my shirt back as promised.I will be using Lexington Cleaners again!Michael

I enjoy the friendly atmosphere with every service representative I encounter. Customer service at Lexington Dru Cleaning is how customer service should be everywhere. I enjoy how no matter who is serving me, I get a smile. I enjoy how they always offer to put my dry cleaning in the car, and I enjoy that my clothes always look good. In the world we live in, where there are literally thousands of dry cleaners everywhere. What keeps me coming back are the people and great service.
