They legitimately treat our dog as if it were their own and when we have had emergencies they have always been there for us. You’d be hard pressed to find a better veterinary team in the Lowcountry.“
“We can not thank Dr. Parker, Dr. Lieberman and the WHOLE staff enough. We used to live in Beaufort but now live in Bluffton but we just kept going to our vet in Beaufort because we already had a relationship with them. Our dog was struck by a car and they are the closest vet to our house. They took us right in and treated us as if we had been clients of theirs for 20 years. We are beyond grateful for their kindness and attentiveness to our dog. She will need surgery and we have a little road ahead of us but thank goodness for Coastal Veterinary“

“We originally went to the after-hours emergency service at this location when our dog ate 3.5lbs of chocolate (you read that correctly)?. The emergency service was so wonderful that we decided to try the regular clinic. So glad I did, the vet and assistants were all so kind and great with my dog!! Highly recommend!“
“Very patient and caring! I brought all 3 of my cats in to be seen and Dr. Fulper was so sweet to them even though one of my cats had had a nuclear meltdown earlier. Dr. Fulper and staff did everything they could to make my fur babies as comfortable in the office as possible! Highly reccomend!“
