I was here the day the client who gave the bad review was here and what she is saying is False! I have been coming here for years and she take very well care of my hair and every other client who sees her. That day the client who gave the bad review came in with her hair tangled and it took 45min for Marina to get her hair untangled and I watched clients walk out due to this. Marina is a beautiful person and she is very professional.

Excellent service, Marina was not in the salon at that time, but the staff who was there at that time provided me with excellent service, Friendly, very good customer service. Everyone was very professional.

Awesome salon and Marina is the best stylist ever! Marina and her associates are talented, happy and love healthy, beautiful hair. Just returned from a Caribbean trip filled with saltwater and sun...my hair needed a lot of TLC and that's just what I got at Tropical!
