Tailored Tips is a clean and nice salon where staff are gentle, attentive, and listen well to achieve desired designs. Customers report wonderful services like the best foot and chair massages and are highly satisfied, often returning. However, some find the environment stressful, noting it can be impossible to relax due to a noisy, nursery-like atmosphere that seems to lack management.
My husband and I had wonderful pedicures together on Valentine's Day. The best foot massage, chair massage, and pedicure I've had, after trying at least five other salons. We gave them short notice, but they had several walk-ins while we were there. The place is very clean and everyone was very nice. Can't wait to go back, will highly recommend it to others. They were very gentle, unlike several other places we have gone.
The staff is very friendly, but are not skilled and very rough. I went in to get my old dip powder removed any the gentleman was so rough and ended up cutting my finger which now got infected and hurts. The “dip powder” was applied with a brush and made it very uneven, thick and not uniform color. Will not use again.Services: Pedicures
They sold my husband TWO gift cards at once without telling him they expire in 90 days. He never would have spent that much money knowing that I don't go that often. Disappointed that they will not let me use at least one as a customer service gesture. OVER $100 down the drain. Will not be back.
