Christopher Scott is very knowledgeable and is cost conscious. I moved to SC 2 years ago and he has been my service manager the entire time. Because I do not drive long distances, he made sure to adjust my service appointments so I am not unnecessarily spending money when it is not warranted. In addition, he thoroughly explains any issues he finds and provides me with costs so I can make educated decisions on what needs to be done immediately and what can wait a bit. This is a rare quality in a service manager and I wish all service managers operated this way instead of always looking to upsell.
