I had orthopedic surgery 10 days ago. The doctors and staff were excellent, especially the nurses and technicians. They were very attentive and responded to my calls promptly. They were very friendly and made me very comfortable.
I was there for two back-to back procedures. I was taken on time and treated respectfully and efficiently. There was no wait time between procedures, and I was finished and out very quickly. I could not have had a better experience. This has been true of every procedure I've had at Candler Imaging.
The care from the Oncology group was great. The staff was caring, concerned and competent. Would highly recommend for anyone needing cancer treatment. Their billing department, however, is a train wreck. I have been accused of not paying bills that I never received. When I did receive a bill, and paid, they accused me of being delinquent again after they misapplied my cancelled check. I just want to pay what I owe, and apparently, that is too much of a challenge for their billing department. I simply don't understand how a company could be so incredibly inefficient.
