One word, Amazing! Meredith immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm personality and communication style. She was eager to hear about my hair history, open to my ideas with pictures and then, shared her thoughts. My price includes a Keratase fusion-dose treatment which was worth the cost. The result, complete satisfaction. Being new to the area, I was delighted to have found someone I trust with my hair. Lastly, the salon owner incorporates a lovely exit experience giving a Keratase free sample along with incentive for return visit and referral. Left feeling delighted!
