Today was my first time in this salon. I needed my roots done, a partial highlight, lowlights, root-tap, cut & blowout..my hair was a mess. Immediately upon entering I was welcomed and then introduced to my stylist Natascia. She flashed the biggest smile and her energy was great. She took her time to understand me and I really appreciate that. You can tell when someone cares,when someone is listening or when you’re just a “time slot to be filled” and I never felt like that once today. Eme collaborated with Natascia to formulate a color suitable for me. Eme was so sweet and knowledgeable as well. I'm so happy I found this awesome Salon. thanks in part to "Chicago Chick". These young professionals are top notch! they Really know their stuff. I've been researching and looking for a salon that has experience & expertise in what I call "GoingGray". I found Reflect Salon & met with Ingrid & Jen & I was blown away by their knowledge & breaking down my options. I couldn't get over the pictures of the women who had also joined the Go Gray revolution and had them do their hair. So I signed up. Best decision Ever. Ingrid is fabulous. I Love my new look, which included a great cut. For all you ladies who are considering Quitting the constant dyeing routine, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. it's incredibly liberating!!!
