“Our home was completed in Oldfield ahead of schedule and below budget. FL committed to getting our house done before year-end and when our circumstances changed and we needed to move a few weeks sooner, they quickly accommodated our schedule and finished a month ahead of time. We’ve been in almost two months now and we certainly haven’t seen any lapses in quality for finishing quickly.

FL was very ready to make adjustments we asked for in our home including reconfiguring much of the second floor, closing in a portion of the screened in porch to make an office, adding shelving in the garage and adding a closet and pantry space.

The work is first rate and they are quick to make adjustments on the fly or fixes for minor issues as needed. Craig and his team are incredibly responsive and have offered advice and guidance with finding additional services in town (e.g., landscapers, plumbers, etc).
